Very tough at the moment

My relationship with my co-workers is good a typical days work is runing around doing evaluations and helping my sales team to close deals what i love about my job is selling cars and seeing how excited a customer gets when they take delivery of their new vehicle The most challenging aspects at the moment is to reach ones target

Pros: their is scope for promotion and to proof your self
Cons: the working hours is very long

Team player

I am a customer orientated person, able to work under pressure to achieve a goal. With the amount of experience i have accumulated over the year, I think I can add value to the company, should I be given an opportunity. I ran a division of five employees, a driver, admin clerk, storeman and two parts salepersons, one at the workshop counter and another one at the front counter and telesales. I managed a fairly big department of about 1.1k stock holding and averaging 1.7 turnover. I have given myself to study marketing and management which gave me much confidence in my area competency.

Pros: It will be a greate opportunity for me to grow myself farther
Cons: I give my all to complete my task.

Excellent learnt opportunities

I am good at what I do.i have many years of experience.im also a quick learn to new processes.i work hard to reap maximum benefits because u an a family man.i grow my team and know what hard work is
