Team player

So many challenges each and everyday you meet different people. Working as a team it help as at some point there are situation that you can't handle on your own then i ask for assistance where necessary. Ive learned to be generous .i enjoy when we have to work as a team because we get to argue a lots before the work is done .challenging aspects when I/we have to meet tje deadline.

Pros: When compliments keeps pouring,job well done.
Cons: Not getting the overtime money as promised.

Learning curve

At the company id was very fast moving. Clients where in and out we had to make them comfortable then direct them to the person in which they are having a meeting with... We all work as a team. We help each other out. Loved working there. There were some challenging aspects at the company but i found a way to worl through its and get the job done and move forward

Pros: Meeting new people and seen the smile on there face after providing a good service
Cons: No growth for promotions

Excellent learning curve

I'm a hard work willing to work underpresure. I'm a good work. I promise you I will obey your rules.I like to work with a group or not.also I'm not shy I'm talkative. Willing to work overtime.

Pros: i like tto taake this opportunity to say im aspect anything tht the management give me. yes i like promotion as well as salary increase
Cons: well its good to see me growing up so that i can learn more about how to grow up
