My work experience at the company is a very different one from my previous job.At this company i can explore my knowledge of working in a mining enviroment and working with different people doing different job titles.I enjoy my work and i am gaining alot of experience.I enjoy working with my co-workers .

Currently leading the department of Instrument Technician.

Have a different challenge on daily basis. Interpersonnal skills is more of importance. Importance of being a leader is fairness and being assertive and willingness to lead the department.

Cons: The company location is far away from my family which is in Kemptonpark.
