Excellent first job

a very good company to start your career off with. it gave me opportunity to learn a lot and provided enough space to grow. Close working relationship with co-worker and supervisor made a typical day at work rather pleasant. Different trainings and working in multi disciplinary groups allowed space to grow in human relationships and professional communications. Working with different people set me on a high; working together on plans to enhance personal growth. It is challenging experiencing different emotions and can sometimes feel exhausting after a very long day. working with people who have experience a lot of trauma or challenges in their lives can be challenging. new and different challenges in the working environment will be a opportunity to grow personally and professionally

Excellent

Working for my company it's good but there are no permanent positions and there are no appreciate or anything that shows a value to the employees. I have a good relationship with my colleagues. I learnt to work as a team,to respect one another and complement One another.i enjoy doing my work seeing change to my clients.

Excellent learning curve

lot of paper work and always in the office to make sure I answer the phone . co-workers we have respect for each other and always checking on each other when one of our co-worker is sick. I enjoy working with number meaning Finance I do financial Administration.

Growth Opportunity

Too much work to little money it is an non-profit organization so money constraints will be there. It's stressful and unhealthy. The work is great for experience. Motivating yourself

My job review

Compilling montly state for the regional off at the end of rhe month -Assisting client with information and document applicable for them to be assisted fully -Answering and directing of calls to relevent person -Office admin and filling and the platform has given me to learn to workprofessionally with people of different stages as well as different genders.The most thing i enjoy about my job is being able to see client walking and out with a smile.

Pros: Being able to see client walking out satisfyed and helped to his/her fullness

Experience

working at Khulisa Social Solution gave me good experience. I also learned to interact with different stateholders, such as SAPS, Department of social development, Farmsa, Serenity, Courts, Legal Aid etc as we are working with all the children who are in conflict with law. there are times where you just want to pack your bags but because of determination, strong strength, I made it. my relationship with co-workers is good, though there will be one person who is out of order but I manage to pull it through. I learned that working with people desire respect, good heart, must be good at communicating as we have different characters.

Excellent training

I worked in this company for 8 years. I have good admin and office support skills.i was responsible for opening and closing of office.admin support to coordinators. Ordering of stationery. Filing.emailing.datacapaturing.csi.housekeeping.researching.crimw prevention in schools.mediation. Mentorship with youth.facilition of groups.

Excellent learning curve

It is a great opportunity for me to work at this organisation. I am given an opportunity to express my financial knowledge and working closely to an accountant. A typical day for me is when submitting monthly recons and I have to deal with numbers the whole day. I do enjoy working with Khulisa Staff as they have different experiences to share. The most challenging aspect of my job is when dealing with staff members recons and trying to find the figures.

Learning experience.

Head office of the company makes it sometimes difficult to work and be innovative and creative. The Management style is very Autocratic and not consistent at all. I enjoy working with the clients the most. Doing group work and also doing Supervision with my co-workers. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers.

Pros: Learning to cope with difficult working circumstances.
Cons: No over time and no bonuses or salary increase.

Experience

Owing to the fact that I have an extremely compassionate nature and an analytic mind, I can understand people’s problems and come up with workable solutions I have experience in supervising social workers and social auxiliary workers as I have once coordinated UMkhanyakude District which included seven areas. In this role, I enabled them to grow professionally as social workers and social auxiliary workers.I also have knowledge of all the relevant legislation employed by social workers working with children, such as the Child justice Act and the children's act. Non commitment from clients its the challenging part of the job.
