Greate experience earned

I have experienced a lot in terms of supervising staff which i have never done in the previous experience. The most challenging aspects of the job is when you chair a hearing wit the client as well as the accused which is my employee, especially when i have to share my opinion about the theft done by my employee, worse when i have to give him the verdict, sometimes i feel worried that the employee will take it the wrong way as if im the one dismissing while Labournet does that is very much challenging, but i always try to work towards betterment of relations between the staff and the employers as well as the client.

Pros: When i got promoted to do the Bosses job which is to visit the clients company and check how employees work, whos not at work, the availability of leave form for the employees absenteesm
Cons: I do work long hors especially when i have to visit the sites after hours for night shift while i was in the office the whole working hours
