Good working environment, helpful team work

Working in the small-medium company is quite advantageous, since one gets exposed to many different activities at the same time. i feel like i have grown so much and i am still willing to learn more. I am working with a very energetic team, very young and diligent, which brings more joy and hunger to go to work the next day. I have learnt how to work with people of different races and culture in a very respective way, good managerial skills and communication skills. Challenges sometimes come when we are heading the deadline, and one has to work really hard to reach it, which sometimes leads to working long hours.
