I am a computer science graduate with honors inprogress

I am a goal orientated BSc Computer Science graduate with extensive passion for science and technology. I am currently a driven student studying towards honours in BSc Computer Science degree at Walter Sisulu University (WSU). I coped well with the duties I was delegated at the Municipality, I then justified that I can work under pressures and setbacks in the science, technology and engineering environment which are forever changing with high quality demand; this requires flexibility and being able to embrace change. I have excellent communication and leadership skills. I can handle pressure and work well with every one irrespective of gender, race or religion and adhere to principles and values, good at delivering results and meeting deadlines which is the basic quality required by any company. Effectively deal with school and work stress and challenges that come with it.

Enjoyable work Environment

I ay atExcellent work environment that allows autonomy. I work well with all employees , I have been described as the glue that keeps every together. Most challenging aspect is maintaining company culture when employees are based elsewhere. I have enjoyed seeing strategy being executed in the HR space.I have enjoyed mentoring and coaching employees and seeing the growth in the careers within the company.

Great Exposure

I've already received a great exposure to the working environment and with my quick learning skills and adaptability I've always managed to make best of every moment. Set backs are when we're benching at the company without being placed at client side, I feel less challenged.

Great exposure to the working environment and offers growth for individuals who apply themselves

It is a great exposure that offers candidates exposure to a variety of IT projects that allows people to excel on their strong point of character and also gives us opportunities to challenge our weakness. It keeps us on our toes in terms of delivery and helps to determine our specialities for career advancement.

Cons: Being on the bench without any projects tp work on.

As a graduate you are provided with a cushioned landing as extensive training is provided with extensive training and understanding and helpful managers.
