there are challenges but at the end of the day they teach me to be a responsible and hardworking individual and cause me to feel ready for my next job. I work well with my colleagues and we work hand in hand.

I am faithfully,punctually able to work under pressure. I am a hard worker.

I have 11 years expirience in Nursing.i worked in public and private hospitals. And different Clinics in hospital.I am currently working iat Khethimpilo Non profits organisation. I am school based nurse under DREAMS project.. I would like to work in your institution. I am promising to work hard..I am. Always punctual at work. Faithfully able to work under pressure. Able to work independant and under suppervision.

Pros: I would like to get this great opportunity as soon as possible
Cons: I am able to work under presure,work long hours as well as overtime. And also night duty if it is possible

Learning opportunity

The NPO enviroment had taught me so much as it runs completely differently oppose to your average company. There is a heavy focus on compliance as the orgsnistion is funder based.

Pros: Opportunity to grow
Cons: Contact base due to funding

Exelent learning curve

recruitment and selection, attend to disciplinary action, attend to complaints, time sheets, Ess administration, advertise positions, set up senior interviews, reference checks, attend to ccma cases conduct induction on new staff, draw contract of employment

Pros: good working environment
Cons: work presure
