Excellent learning with experience and leading the team as a whole

-I have relationship as my work always updated -Depends on work, sometimes workload is too much and sometimes less -I have learnt to work as team, independent, with hush clients/customer, to organize, to push OR wait if it mean to be,calm down the client & make him/her understand if there is need,protect my company always and do my work and explain to customers in a polite manner if its not my company's fault or delays, to be a detailed person,manage conflicts between the staff and customers -I enjoy to work in office & attending seminars to meet other people it gives me an open minded, listening to other different people views. -Challenge is when I am attending clients, some are good & some are not (they do not know how to speak to a person) there I have to listen and wait for him/her to finish & there I come explain from stage 1 up to where it is.

Pros: I got the promotion when I was given a car to drive and a company cap at work to attend the clients if the office is not busy

Excellent learning & experiencing respect of others,telephone ettiquttee, work in a team

-Sometimes there will be workload sometimes less, its depends on the clients -Good relationship as I keep my work updated -I've learnt to be more detailed, telephone etiquette and screening calls to the right person -I enjoy being at the office doing my work and attending seminars -Challenge is when I am dealing with hush clients.
