Excelent team worker

Attending departmental meetings, visiting Dealerships to inspect official's vehicles and to sort out Official and Dealers queries , Attending monthly meeting with Transport Managers of the province. I enjoy Dealing with Difficult Clients who don't understand the contract they are loud until you explain the contract and show them the copy of the contract. Sort out clients and departmental issues. I learnt that people don't care of assets it the payment does not come from their pocket, people complain for everything, kindness disarms a man quicker that anything. it is difficult to satisfy every client if the results does not suit them.

Cons: extra working hours

Excellent opportunities , learning curve, promotion.

Attending to clients everyday over the phone, walk in clients, going to client when Im needed. Attending monthly meetings with fleet managers of the province. have close professional relationship with co-workers and clients, and i have learnt the art of dealing with difficult client and how to solve problems, and i enjoyed travelling the province with the client when doing departmental visits and dealer visits. the most challenging aspect is to make sure that official understand the contracts because most client don't read the contract and when having a problem they will say " no one told me that something is not covered or how it works.

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: too much travelling
