Better opportunities

The company is growing. But there is a uncertainty is the owner is going to sell of hand it down to his daughters. What is nice to work at this company is that I do not have people checking over your shoulder every minute of the day. We have a very high volume of work that needs to be done at scheduled dates. I get on well with all my co-workers. We work hard and under presure. I have learnt a lot in the past years, to control and plan every cent that gets spend. One of our companies were on the point of closing and with planning we have pulled it through. Enjoyed at the company, we do get spoiled with any special day in the year. The most challenging aspects is if the top management want a report on certain things and then they change there minds on what they want, also if the management do not agree on what they want. It was a challenge through hard times with the company,

Pros: Relaxed but hard working environment.
Cons: No opportunity to grow, family business.

EXCELLENT

GOOD TO BE, MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS GOOD, I'VE LEARNT A LOT AS A RECEPTIONIST:MANNERS WHEN ANSWERING TELEPHONE,TYPNG,COSTOMER SERVISE,SCANNING, SENDING EMAILS,HOW TO CHECK IN AND OUT OF RESIDENTS,FILING,RESPOND TO EMAILS AND TAKING MINUTS OF THE MEETING, ORGANISING TOOLBOX TALK, AND IM ALSO A FIRST AID.I ENJOY EVERYTHING ABOUT EXCEPT FOR SORTING KEYS. TIME FRAME AND COSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellent

I started working in this Company as a Cleaner for 6 months and i got promoted as a Receptionist at 2014, i learnt a lot as i was a Receptionist. i gain experience working with Management, i know how to manager people, working with typical bosses, Even when they throw tantrums at us (staff) . i learnt a lot from my current work,Scanning, Emailing, How to Answer phone in a office manner. how to take minutes from the meeting, How to do First Aid and Being a Safety Rep, Organising Toolbox talk topic for staff,check ppe, Room Allocation ,Checking in/out of Resident and Also to do filling according to order and also cleanness. Dress representable as a face of the Company. Now i know how to working with people.My challege was i come here knowing nothing, how to make copies or scanning. I really gain a lot from this Company.
