Excellent learning curve, where you do and learn every department.

Excellent learning where you are exposed to all the departments, finance, human resource, you do recruitment, interview, face to face customer service, driver, secretary duties, learn more about the medical field and terms. You get to learn phone etiquette, responding to emails typing skills, you gain English vocabulary. Challenges is when patients call and dispute their accounts yet they signed the daily form as proof. I enjoyed interviewing a lot.
