Work an 8 to 5 job, with different personalities. I've learnt to listen to understand, not listen to answer. I've learnt that the customer is always right and always have to make them feel important. I'm always hungry to learn new things and assist other co workers in different departments.I've learn that there's more to a business than what meets the eye, consistency, and discipline being some of the skills I've developed. I also learnt that mental growth and going an extra mile is just as important than being salary considerate only. I love what I do and find it too easy to do my work because I've grasped everything I've been taught. It doesn't challenge me anymore

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: More than one job description yet earning a one titled salary

We learned a lot from our clients on how we could help the company grow

The boring part was that when we started working there we were told that there’s a basic. Salary until we we worked for the whole month on only to learn that we will be getting only commission. They were to honest with us

Pros: Promotable
Cons: We worked averaged hours sometimes
