It is so nice working there but I'm looking for a job to learn more

I have worked as a admin clerk and I believe in working as a team. .i have been a typist and I've worked as a receptionist and it's so nice to work with people cause every time you meet different and it just need someone who's patient

Excellent learning curve

Working well with different people and learning more in providing quality I has well grade opportunity to work in kin kgapane,hospital where it was a great learning curve for me.with great time to work overtime.i am a hardworking individual so am now looking for company that will help me to learn further with different challenges ^the most challenging part I had was lack of resources, and material to provide full patient care as such,people with sometime have to compromise and compensate to provide care. Shortage isone of the challenges that was also faced though we worked so hard in teams and most of all tha was that team work was always maintained and the relationships with cor core workers was of higher level as we mostly spent time at work than at our home's

Am the person who likes to read books and willing to learn from others and give easily

I am currently working at kgapane hospital,I enjoy working shifts and under pressure,We work as team together with multidisciplinary team members.I have a good relationship with my colleagues because they me what I don't know and am willing to learn so that I can improve and gain more knowledge and experience.I have learned the channel of communication and how to apply Batho Pele principles.The most Challenging thing is shortage of Staff and makes us work more hours and under pressure.

Pros: I have started been Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary and I have been promoted to Professional Nurse
Cons: Am working shifts which makes 12 hours per day

I am learning a lot in this sector of finance admin.

- As i mentioned that am a learner so basically what i do is to rotate throughout the offices of finance. to be able to know all the work which they do. -i have a good relationship with my co-workers,we normally do group activities and sometimes we brainstorm as colleagues in order to meet the job required. - I learn a lot from my work because i work with different people obviously knowledge and wisdom,am able to get to know different peoples knowledge and how to operate in a work environment. now have the ability to maintain confidential information. -They allow you to learn and work without supervised in order to mature.Just because we are still learning they wont hide some of information they treat you as if your a permanent employee .

Hardworking

Someone who have more potentials and ability to pay attention to his duties. Showing more interest on fulfil my dreams. Time management skills and strong intellegently. Knowing on how to deal with conflict in the workplace and ability to work under pressure. Enjoying working as team I'm too kind and politely . Thank you
