Right now am looking to work for a company that offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development as our head office closed down our Nelspruit branch.

GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Daily to meet with new clients, and existing. Report to head office for sales. Kga has an open door policy whereby you communicate with your line manager about anything concerning work and social issues, at any time of the day even if its after hours. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, these has never been any fighting against each other. We always share our opinions and willing to compromise and sacrifice. We support each other. I have learnt to deal with different stakeholders in the insurance field e.g. funeral parlours, community leaders, politicians, entrepreneurs, street vendors, professionals and pensioners. Things I enjoy in this job is to meet new clients daily, make sure that a client leaves the branch certified or his/her needs met, explananing about our products and benefits, banking. The challenge is when these a system error and its end of the month most clients wants to pay their policies and new clients wants to sign in.

Cons: Only when its necessary

I am a person with many characteristics. I am very hardworking, dedicated, confident and punctual.

My typical work day is plan out everyday because I work with deadlines. My relationship with my co-workers is very good because I know my place and where I fit in. I have learnt what you put in is what you get out. Reason for this is I did get promoted in my first six months. When I mean my deadlines and everything balance out. My biggest challenge is to get all the documentation on time for me to meant my deadlines.

KGA LIFE REVIEW

The company used to have a family feel to it, but unfortunately have lost that appeal along the way. I may not have degrees, but I have learnt a lot while I was in my position. I have an excellent relationship with my co workers. I literally speak to everyone. I even won a prize for being everyone's friend...really made me feel special. I think the most challenging aspect of my job was miscommunication between departments. And poor planning from some resulting in us not meeting dead lines
