Good training

Good training not large enough for future. Not enough growht oppurtunities to excel at career. Salary structure not correct for work done as well as qualifications achieved.

Stressfull working conditions, unfair, learn alot. Limited free time.

We are pressured into doing more work than is possible in a too short time. Constantly threatened with written warnings. Due to this we have to work long hours, sometimes until 4 am, with no overtime. The boss does not know anything about the way things work with SARS or the computer programs. The pressure leads to us learning fast and learning alot, but also provides alot of stress and negative energy.

Pros: Learn alot, good pay
Cons: Constantly negative, long working hours, no sympathy
