Great Shift Supervisor

I work as Supervisor for somany years and i worked to deploy staff by putting then on the right places to the right position. I have learned a lot to be a Supervisor, its not easy an difficult to be Shift Supervisor. I love team when started to respect me and the customer all the time. Everytime before i start my shift, i call the 5mins Pre Shift meeting, n remibd them about my shift that is going to be busy or not today. Give all the team target for a day and per shift and i give the update during working hours. Most thing i love, is when the team started to work hard and make their all fighting to reach the target... Its really make me happy. Challenges is when i have to explain to the Superior about the bad service forvthat day, i mean no one will run a perfect shift all the time and everyday.

Pros: I was training to be a Assistant Manager
Cons: i love working long hours like 12 hours all the time

Dear Sir/Madam I'm looking for Shift Supervisor/Manager position, i have experience of how to run a shift with team. Im a trustworthy man who always follow the right procedures all the time, i love the position i will be given by any company that can pffer me.
