Keynote Communications Reviews

Very challenging, I learned a lot.

- 9h00 - 4h30 work day, following up on client queries, taking care of existing clients, cold calling, promoting sales, invoicing, deliveries. - I got along really well with most of the other employees. It was a very relaxed working environment most of the time that I spent at the office. - I have learnt that everyday, you just have to give it your best but even when you do, situations get you down & feeling despondent. - I enjoy client interactions, being able to provide good service & keeping clients happy to the point where you build trusting relationships are very important to me. - The most challenging part of my job was working in an industry that was ever-changing as what was in high demand, was dependent on the fashion industry & so what was "trending"at the time. I could not always keep my clients happy as I was required to move all old items before new ones were brought in. I could not fulfill rather large items sometimes because, i physically did not have the stock.

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Not having the latest stock items on hand

Average learning experience

Nothing much to say except to say that the work is not properly ran and the boss lady treats us like inhumanities. We travel many hours on the road and arrive at a destination very tired bit still be forced to work because of the boss lady.

Pros: No growth
Cons: Work all day everyday
