Making customers happy especially on the delivery day

working at KEY Pietermaritzburg has taught me a great deal on working with clients and creating customers for life. I have worked well alongside with my ex fellow colleagues, its been a very competitive/challenging environment but we manage to overcome barriers and help assist each other. What i have found to be very fruitful is the helping and assisting of customers through the sales process till the time they took delivery(moment of truth). the most challenging aspect for me has only been paperwork but my selling skills and ability to convert a walk in customer to a potential buyer has been exceedingly well without doubt.

Excellent learning curve

Great culture and environment. Long working hours and saturdays. Great opportunity but need to push in order to get better salary and promotion.people are great. Good managers. Need better working hours or alternate teams for long hours
