as a Production Controller i have gain more experience in Production management

I come in the morning every day and take the production plan file and allocate product planned to be produced that day to operators, and supervise production, And analysis all problems that operators face during production and try to come up with reasonable solutions. I have created a relationship that allows them to come to me when ever they have problem and they look up to me as their leader. What i enjoy the most about the job it when their is a new product to be produced and i have to lead in creating the formulation and supervising the lab batches. I have learnt how logistic works, how to manage each product so that we provide our customers with product of high quality. The most challenging aspects of the job it raw material arrival in the plant and we can run for two weeks with out water and as manager i must make a plan how do we get water in side plant and supply safety equipment (eg. safety shower) so that we will start operation.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow as a person
Cons: Long hours of work

Broad experience

I’m a go getter, I believe in myself and I am looking forward to achieve great experiences in my career. I like problem solving situations. I produce great results under pressure and I like preparing and planning ahead for the tasks that I perform each and every day. I like studying and applying theories into real situations.

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning new things every day, enjoy working in a corporate environment. Working in a team or individually to achieve one goal. I consider myself an asset and therefore ensure completion of tasks on time and perform to my best abilities aligned to the business goal given to me

Excellent learning curve

First job relevant to my studies and passion which is chemistry. It is a great opportunity to learn so as to grow in my career. I am finding water treatment very interesting and growing a passion in it. overall the bottle washing chemistry and pasteurizer treatment really dont feel like work at all. I wake up everyday looking forward to coming to work i have great leaders who have a lot of ex[experience in the field and are very inspiring, encouraging and educational
