Excellent learning curve

In the morning , I run a meeting to give the guys an overview of what is expected of them for the day.Supervise them during the production of sweet flavours.The administration involved with the manufacturing process is managed by me through SAP.Making the final decisions for the plan has given me so much accountability and growth in terms of my management skills

Pros: Only person who knows about the beverage plant which is a great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
