Planning work ,jigging, fixtures, tooling, special needs. Setting machines milling and turning and conventional machines. Programming from drawings and samples Commissioning of machines and supervise the correct operations of machines. Making gauges to insure constant correct products on long runs. Training setters and operators . Maintain quality and quantity by rondom checks. Make sure measuring equipment are calibrated as we are working with fine tolerance items
