Good day I work at Kentz it is a good company to work for. You get good work experience and they will give you the opportunity to get more experience

Pros: At Kentz we have a lot of different tipes of work that needs to be done and not always the man power to do that. They will give you te opportunity to learn more of the other trades
Cons: Working for Kentz is only on contract basis and you are only appointed per contract

Boilermaker foreman

I am good in what i doinig i also give on jobs training where needed,and when it coms to safety i take it very serious i have a good relationship with co-workers and to be part of a progressive team where my creative thinking and collaboration solves problems.I enjoy my work and set taget/gouls followed continuosly it is achieved off the company.

Pros: To serve and deliver my employer with my best abilities and knowledge
Cons: To be a dissapointment to my employees and company for not delivering or achieving my targets.

my duties when are work is  Managing and supervising 24 Welders, 3 Welding Foreman  Monitoring welder’s performance daily.  Ensuring that all targets are reached and work are performed  Daily outage reporting to client  Ensuring that all work are performed to Kentz quality standards  Manufacturing activities in supplier/subcontractor workshop or site erection when welding is a major part of the activity (piping prefabrication pressure vessels. Steel structure and site erection) and all welding activities  Ensure welding sequences are properly followed  Ensure qualified welders are using the proper qualification card.  Ensure NDT are done and performs visual inspection  Ensure they are using the rite consumables  Ensure weekly inspection is done on the welding consumables stores.

Excellent

Interest - What Careers Will You Be Passionate About Doing things that you can be passionate about and excited about is probably the most important key to creating the perfect career for yourself. When you enjoy the tasks and the type of work you do, then it really does not feel like work at all. For example, the work I do is something that I am extremely passionate about. I typically work 6 1/2 days a week from morning till night and I still love it. I go to sleep thinking about what I can achieve tomorrow. When I wake up I can't wait to get started working. But this is a career that I created from scratch after some serious soul searching. "Personality Type" is the popular term for Psychological Type which describes how our brains are wired, how our brains function, what each of our brains is good at, and how we prefer to do things and go about our lives. Personality type is one of the most useful tools there is for selecting the right career, and for developing self awareness.

I Ngwakwana Beauty Ranhlakgwe woeked for Kentz Engineers & Contractors (Medupi Power Station) : Quality Control Clerk and Document Control : 2009 till date : Compilation & Distribution of Project related documents Working with various drawings & QC system Making up of all Qc related document such as : QC data packs (keeping them safe and update till pack get sold back to the client, Marking outgoing transmittal and receiving in coming transmittal , Capturing Qc information on line (data base)while Insuring accuracy & making sure quality is not compromised Quality control checks, Reviewing and Presentation of data Work packs and SWCF file to client for approval and archiving
