Excellent learning curve

A typical work day starts at 8am. Very busy mornings yet a friendly environment. I work with people who are open to help as well as learn from each other; we build each other happy to see one another grow. The skills of team work ,reinventing yourself and presenting the company radiant are among the skills I have learnt. I enjoy meeting deadlines, completing my work and being proud of my accomplishments along the way.

Pros: Growth and knowledge within a new and different industry
Cons: No space for growth

Team work gets the job done.

We work in teams of 2, consisting of and electrician and an assistant. We basically do, maintenance installation and Commissioning work on small projects. The most challenging aspect would be when a project is too big and the time frame is limited yet you have to complete the job with only one team 'cause that what the client is willing to pay for.

Pros: Learned to trust in my decisions.
Cons: Feel unappreciated by the company.
