I do my best every day and to achieve daily duty that I have planned makes me feel great and motivate me to come up with new strategy to improve my daily routine. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and lend hand where is needed. I learn new things everyday, I am in medical supplies and I learn a lot about different medicines and what they are used for. I enjoy learning especially from various department what they do and the challenges that they come across especially the reps. Nothing is challenging in my department I have been in accounts for over 10years, All I do I learn/study so that I can help others to get to the top and feel free.

Cons: Feeling like a chicken with no head

NEW CHALLENGE

Working at Kendon was a great learning curve. I have also learned that each individual is different and you need to put the right person in the right job.

Pros: Friendly work environment.
Cons: No Agile working for certain employees. Double standards
