Sales Experince and working with people on many different levels.

I am a Sales Executive that has been at Kempston Truck Hire for 7 years, I do cold calling and maintain existing clients, I invoice, quote, liaise, problem solve, re-direct fines and do claims for all my clients, existing and new, I have a great relationship with my co-workers and we respect each other. I enjoy seeing clients and building great relationships with new people, I enjoy seeing the insight into other businesses and what they do as a company. The most challenging aspects of my job is sales and dealing with difficult clients on a regular basis, competition has grown a lot since I started 7 years ago, which makes the sales side a lot more difficult and you need more determination.

Pros: Great staff to work with.
Cons: Not much room to grow.

Good company

its a good company and their cars are well serviced mostly they are new.If u worked more than expected hours u get paid for overtime.the thing is that its hard to be registered

Harding working good working environment

Lovely place to work good systems that work well just little over the wall with work looking after 400 plus vehicles and only having two mechanics and two spanner hands becomes difficult sometimes but we pace ourselves and get the jobs done we also do standby it gets busy sometimes as well as quiet as well

Pros: Not alot pressure working for outside clie ts
Cons: Late working hours
