My work is essentially my second home and I try to make it as comfortable and efficient as possible

My days are very busy and deadline driven. We work on a weekly close off of our books in order to create and maintain a steady cash flow due to me working in a payroll division that pays out every week. Discretion is key. I am compassionate yet stern when the needs arises. I have a soft heart and get along with all different personalities. My work is essentially my second home and I try to make it as comfortable and efficient as possible.

Pros: It like a working family
Cons: No room for growth and no benefits

Excellent learning opportunity but promises not kept

A typical day would consist of compiling timesheets and leave forms for payroll. Calculating hours for pay and processing timesheets. Handling any staff issues that may arise. Dealing with customers queries. Client visits. Safety talks with staff. Site visits to ensure all operations are running smoothly.

Pros: Great learning curve for recruitment, logistics and hr industry
Cons: Constantly on call
