A lot of self improvement

I work on commission only and know what hard work is, if I didn't I would not have any income. I find my own clients and setup appointments with them. I go to see the client and do a full financial needs analysis for them and make recommendations according. I have to do all my own administration and make sure that I abide to the regulations of the industry. The average day work for me consists of a lot of different aspects and a lot of admin and people interaction. I enjoy the people interaction the most meeting people is my favorite . I have learned a lot about how people think and how to handle situations.

Cons: No basic, a lot of pressure to perform for yourself

Great time management

Great people, the industry is very difficult to start off in however with hard work it is achievable. The hard work brings in a good amount of money, however the work can be very stressful at times.
