Good

We work as a team where we help each other to meet our goals as the department. We have two shift on a day where we hand each other after a shift, We even help each other after our shift if there are any challenges in the department, I have learn to understand and respect my colleques and have a good working relation with the m, Enjoying my work and giving my best of my ability to my duties. When there are challenges and hardly getting how to solve it.

Pros: It is a new project which is growing fast and wants us to be quick on learning
Cons: Working normal hours

Good

We work hard and manage our time to attend to all the call outs and doing preventative maintenance. We work as a team and we have a good work relation in our team. I have learn to respect my colleaques and good understanding to each other. Daily challenges and how a solve them, When there are network probles and even the machines not working.

Pros: learning new things everyday
Cons: working on the confirn space

Good

It has given me the way to my life and been independent and be responsible. We forever working together as a team and get together to any challenge we meet at our workplace. To be a part of a team to any challenge you get at the workplace or society as our part is important to make a differants. When we are not winning to some of the tusk at work

Pros: when everything is working well everyone is happy
Cons: when the plant is not meet its cause the production slow and problems starts to build up

Excellent in leaning new staffs

Good in fault finding and troubleshooting. Good in calibrations I enjoy working in the field and i learnt a lot since i was from a chemical industry now iam in a power plant. Iam a good team worker

Pros: Great opportunity to show my skills

Excellent instrument technician

I work 8 hours a day in a power station. We work as a team even though we measured individually at the end of the year. Its a challenging environment because its a different type of work am used to. I enjoy the willingness of people to assist whenever there is a problem at work. I have learnt to appreciate that the little things we ignore in other plants matter most in a power plant

Good

New project with Tshwane brt and working for collection of funds using the automatic fare collections machines. We install and maintain those machines in the stations , buses and cashier booths. My main objectives is to oversees working all of those machines running and working .We have a good work relation with the co workers so that the work does not suffer and it was a good expierence for me as a new project to learn. Everyday is a new day with new things to learn. Electronics stuff you cannot confirm that as little thing can stop the working of the machine and you have to work had to find the problem,

Pros: Everyday you keep on learning something as the day goes.
Cons: When some of the services not running and the signal not connecting well
