Experience Galore

Kelvin is service demanding and behind the scene's its pen pushing, deadline driven. A normal day is bracing every minute to be productive and complete daily task. My close colleague and I share our happy moments and short chats. But what was extremely hard to adjust to was the no communication level between staff. An that is and might be a frustrating issue at times. I gain more insight on the hospitality field and formed an opinion that it is more time demanding than other Industries.

Pros: No promotion levels
Cons: demanding hours
