Excellent customer service

I enjoy working under pressure, I multi- task, am a good team player, I have learnt that two is greater than one, listening is a skill only if you apply it, I enjoy having to interact with different people from different diversities and get to learn about their views and opinions on the general market and business sentiment. What challenges the most is that I have to come prepared for anything hence people are not the same and not all will be keen to do business with you so I have to try and be as professional as I can to win and to maintain high quality service, consistency and efficiency.

Pros: Getting a chance to grow to higher levels
Cons: Working smart not hard

Progressing well.

Kelly is a recruitment agency and I'm at temp desk so most of the time I'm a candidate who releaves when one goes to maternity leave etc. I love working with people, as I always work for different organisation that means different character,s but I always manage to fit in and work within a team, inorder to build a better organisation and me being an asset to the organisation.

Pros: Work for organisation that has space for growth.
Cons: Willingness to go an extra mile inorder to archieve better results for you and your organisation
