Nice learning

Currently am working as a Project Coordinator for an NPO

My salary with Kelly was R16500.00 pm and I was employed as an Account Executive at that time by Innstaff Pty Ltd. That was for a period of 2-3 years.

Pros: Am currently overseeing a National Project and I feel its a great opportunity to learn and I have managed it for 2 years now.
Cons: Its an NPO project and no benefits on salaries,which will impact my lively hood if the sponsors pull the plug.

Good working environment

There's a good working relationship amongst workers.. Giod working source's. Everything is falling into place.. Goos management skills and also a very motivating work ethic.

Great learning curve

Working as a consultant its very challenging and keeps you on your toes all the time. train your mind to think quick and come up with solutions. typical day includes having to call the difficult clients and source out the documents however its as bad because we also get trained to speak to the clients, get trained to multi-task. type clients information while talking to them on the phone. relationship with co-workers is great because we work as teams so we help each other. i enjoyed helping out customers, talking to 3rd parties on behalf of the customers to source documents to get the job done. overall experience it was challenging but good, you learn alot of new things everyday, you get used to studying the notes each day.

Self Driven

I am an individual who hold Credit Management 1&2 certificates studying credit management 3. Currently looking for a new and challenging position which will make best use of existing skills and experience from both public and private entities . Very commited and proactive,good planer. Able to work on own initiative while demonstrating the organisation the organisation and priority required to achieve tight deadlines and deliverables.

Excellent learning

It is the best company to work at. The management was great and understanding, always teaching and leading to be the best with we are doing. The opportunities in the company was not for life and it was not permanent, I was working temporary and with the salary that I was getting I was not able to meet up my needs, but the management was straight forward regarding our future in the company
