? A continuous improvement engineer at Kellogg’s where I am exposed to various trainings (Lean six sigma, Mini Business goal alignment). Furthermore, I’ve knowledge in Business Process Mapping (using Visio, Excel & ARIS), Value stream Mapping, documentation of processes, SOPs, facilitating lean projects and conducting trainings like 5s which all I was exposed to under Continuous Improvement Department at Kellogg’s. Moreover, I am good in formal report writing and presentations. In addition, I am goal driven person who is persistence and acknowledge good planning. I am also experienced with Oracle software and SAP.

Looking for growth and using my experience

Currently focusing on sustainability, implementing ISO 14001 training employees on Environmental awareness, Conducting problem solving for waste reduction, energy and water reduction. I have learnt a different process of manufacturing. I have a good relationship with co workers. I enjoy implementing she systems, training and auditing she systems. To change behaviour and mind set of employees is the most challenging aspect of my job.

Excellent learning curve

Working there is a good challenge I get exposed to everything I have a very strong relationship with my co workers We work together to achieve one goal which is to produce safe and quality food which will not harm customers in anyway The most challenging aspect Is having to ask the operators to do something and they refuse

Good learning

At kelloggs it was not too bad but no promotions and growth due to long stay at doing one job for many years. My work was very challanging and can be dangerous and risky and very uncomfortable due to heart.
