Kellogg has a very good work environment. All employees are positive and engage with each other. Crossfunctional teams allow an individual to learn various functions of the business. One is not only confined to the department you are in. However, there are several challenges that restrain further growth of the business such as high waste, downtime, space constraints, overstocking... etc. Business dynamics change unexpectedly and individuals must adopt to the changes. Opportunity for growth is rather limited as most employees are comfortable.

Excellence learning Curve

So great to work at Kellogg. Get to know or exposed to so many opportunities. Was exposed Production, Transport, Procurement and Warehousing. At transportation we learnt so much and im good at cost minimizing and trasnport planning and fleet management
