Duties: Training: • Developed and delivered training solutions at all levels of sales associates for multiple business functions. • Organise weekly and monthly training sessions • Conduct classroom and field training to intern sales associates to enhance their sales experience and increase productivity • Conducted needs analysis for pre-training to determine development gaps among sales associates • Train existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key area of business • Qualified Keller Williams Trainer • Routinely evaluate business training needs and adjust sales associate development and educational programs. • Present training session like Ignite, Lead Generation, Induction, My Edge, etc. • Compile training manuals, notes and power point presentations • Training one on one and classes of 30- 40 sales associates

Love the challenge

Good day, my typical day is to liaise with clients, send them application form to be completed, assist clients with the completing of these forms. Request for supporting documents, qualify the clients to see if they are able to afford the finance. Vet application before submitting into the various banks for bond finance. Liaise with the service providers to try and better the interest rate give. Motivate the application in the event that the offer is lower than what the clients are expecting or in the event of a decline. Assist clients where they do not understand the legal side of the application once at attorney stage. I am a team player and get on with everyone I work with am well liked by all.

Pros: Our company gives us a day off over long weekend if the holiday falls on a Tuesday we get the Monday off. I have undercover parking.
Cons: Long day 8 to 5

A great company

The company is great I won't lie and has a great commission structure however I seek more opportunities for growth as an individual than just a large salary. I just hold a desire and want to perform duties and responsibilities which are in line with the Degree I accrued.

Im a hard worker and independant

I currently a estate agent and work with a-lot of people that wants to sell of buy a property , i do my own admin and cold calling to get more referrals and clients. Before that i worked at inxterior design and i really enjoyed working with what we did , a briefly disruption is , air-cons , office designs and furniture , curtains, blinds and frosting. I did sales through career since the first day i started working , i love sales and i work hard in what i do as long as its a win win situation
