From 08h15 to 11h00 doing cold calling. From 11h00 to 14h00 doing administration sending out of campaigns, emails, ext. From 14h00 to 17h00 doing viewing of houses in your farming area, 17h00 to 19h00 door knocking to get stock because he who controls the stock control the market. Did a lot of training through Keller Williams which is the biggest and fastest growing Realty company in the World. The book Millionaires Real Estate is one of the best any person can use in any business and well the ONE Thing wrote by Gary Keller. These books is very much about your life and how can you apply any business and your personal objectives.

Pros: The best company for the last 3 to 4 years and was no 1 in the world for the company who was the best in training of all companies.
Cons: If a person do not understand the Keller Williams model they will drag the rest of the agents till the agents decide to excepts the model and start making business sense

Include things like: - A typical work day - Your relationship with co-workers - What you have learnt - What you enjoy most - The most challenging aspects of the job

Excellent experience

I work as a Receptionist/Sales Admin,.my typical day would be answer telephones politely greet and welcome visitors. Assist the sales team with theire transactions, process theire transaction laising with the Bond Originators and Transferring Attorneys Analyse the sales team documents, make sure that all.supporting documents are in place. I have learnt to be patient with people, and understand that people are different. I have learnt to be proactive when dealing with clients.

Pros: Great opportunity to work with people and networking
Cons: Confined to one place
