A good environment to build my skills

A typical work day would be arriving early and ensuring that one prepares the food well in advanced so that customers get their food ready when they arrive. One has to be quick and efficient so that there is no delays on the process of selling. Working with other people is an ease because I am a social person and I try to get along with everyone. I am also very upfront when I see that there is something wrong so that my working environment can be a better experience. I have learnt how to deal with different kinds of people working at Kekaetswe, it has given me a better understanding as to how to tackle different issues with customers that may arise. The experience has also indeed helped me with my confidence and assertiveness. It can be challenging at times to work with people, you never know what they may or may not expect from you as a worker and there is only so much one can do to make them satisfied with the service they receive.

Pros: It is a great opportunity to work on my skills and abilities in the working industry
Cons: The salary cannot sustain my living conditions
