Getting experience to move ahead in life

At keith ho racing we are taught on how to serve the public as we serve different people from different countries and with different attitude. My relationship with my co-workers is great, we work along well though there are some challenges here and there. A typical work day can be very stressful especially when its busy and with the kind of business it is, it is rather difficult because I hardly get time to study. I have learnt to be patient and to understand that people as a whole do not have the same mentality and behavior.

Pros: At keith ho racing the chances of being promoted are very low as they say 'KISS GOES BY FAVOUR"
Cons: We work 8 to 9 hours a day, with 30 minutes lunch

Understanding the workplace and learn to be more knowledgeable

We updates the oddds on market for the various sporting codes we offer. We check laibilities and whether or not we've been laying or offering the correct odds. Relations with co-worker ms involves dividing the work or rather allocating a variety of sports to an individual so that odds on market can be check n and that the percentages are correct. Ive learnt how to trade in sports and have enjoyed being able to win the company some money and quoting a live match or sport . The most challenging part is when we offer wrong odds on diffferent markets and having to solve that problem.

Pros: The more know how you acquire thr better your understand ofvm thr work we do can be
Cons: Working everyday and getting one day off,treatment of staff can be judged otherwise at times.
