Keith betxchange is a company with more than 10 branches. working at betxchange its good its just that we don't have enough day offs and theres no benefits. I have learned how it is to worki with people with different personalities

Excellent learning curve
Working for Keith ho Betxchange has been a great experience for me and it has helped me to build confidence and importance of customer loyalty and i enjoyed working with my co-workers because I've learned so much from each of them, and also working with customers I've also learned a lot cause i was also attending queries from them it has helped me learn how to deal with angry customers that i should always be polite no matter how angry the person is, i have grow so much in self confidence as well but tge most challenging aspects in the environment was dealing with unsatisfied customers i had to make sure that they leave with a smile at all time no matter what the problem was it.

Great environment for young talent and growth
In 2017 October I started working at Keith Ho Betxchange as a Clerk and was promoted to HR Clerk in December that year. I am currently still employed there and my duties are: Recruitment, Administration work, HR Sessions with staff on a weekly bases compiling reports on the HR sessions and identifying areas of concern Management needs to be informed of, Monitoring staff attendance, checking fingerprints report for staff hours worked weekly, completing branch checklists, ensuring that company policies are adhered to and when they are not compiling and issuing warning letters or counseling where necessary . I would love to grow further in the field of HR and experience new avenues.
Pros: there is a lot of growth within the company

High Pressure
Individuals outside of management are not treated with respect, its very hard to be promoted as it is a family business and working hours are extreme.

Learning to work under pressure and meet dead lines
It is a fast pace environment good for learning to work under pressure and meet goals The environment is tense but also enjoyable once you get into the swing of how everything works

Working with people
Keith Ho BetXchange it a good place to work in.It help me to meet new people each and every day.I love working there because it about helping people. What I have learned is that you enjoy more if you doing exactly what you love.Working with people makes you to become a bigger person you would never think you can be that person.It reduces fear and do what you asked to do. It really challenging because I am working with customers,always I have have a "customer services".I am challenged because they know they are wrong but I have to take a blame because I have to do my job and satisfy a customer.
Pros: If you really show an interest on what you are doing, you having a great opportunity to be awarded for appreciation

Ability to work with people and handling Enquiries efficiently
It's a good environment that enables the other to think and to be creative for the business of which it grants one an opportunity to grow and to be an extrovert person and mostly having to see and learn in a daily basis as I have to face different customers everyday.A good place that have a good team spirit and ables the other to cooperate with other people

Excellent learning environment
When dealing with not understanding customers,we have a good relationship with my co-workers that makes it easy to work as a team,i have learned that a good customer service can make a company to grow,i mostly enjoy laying bets to different customers in different games,when u lay bets must be careful because u will end up making mistakes

Associating with all different types of people
Excellent company to be working. You get to meet new people everyday and associate with plenty of different people. Only if we can be paid a better salary.

I am dealing with customers, helping them making them feel welcome and leave happy all the time.
d. I am dealing with customers making sure that they are happy all the time and they leave happy. I am dealing with aggressive, angry and stressed customers because of loosing but with the customer service I have I make sure that they forget all the pain and I give them hope.
