Working at Keedo

Working at Keedo was good and it taught me many lessons in life including being open minded cheerful and to always give 100% of everything I knew. I worked well with my co workers,as a Store Manager I treated everyone equally and as family. What I enjoyed most was when I won my customers trust and making sure that I gave them all to keep them happy The most challenging aspects were when you have to handle a situation that is out of control,but the important thing was to know how to handle any situation

Excwllent learning curve -Lean cjlture and principles

Company is highly pressurised. Good work place to learn . Especially lean cultures and practices. Team collaboration. Good "family " business. People really care for and about their collegues. Down side is the earnings.

Excellent learning curve

Working at my previous company was indeed a learning curve with growth and fun. Getting to work in the morning and the first thing I do is to make sure the store is in order,check emails and bank yesterday's banking and then looking at myself in the mirror. I had a good relationship with my co workers and my management team,including all our bosses from head office and I really learnt important values in life,and that is to treat the company as if it were your own and I have also learnt that respect goes a long way.I enjoyed convincing the customers at most and the centives that we accumulated through our hard word.The challenging part of my job is always the customers.Having to keep calm when you are attacked by an angry customer is the most hardest challenge

Excellent Learning Curve

I have experience in taking care of the store,managing up to three employees, I can do cash ups,banking,IBT's, Stock Input as well as booking out of Stock.I have learnt to keep good relationships with my customers,put them first and always remember that they are the most important as soon as they walk into the door.I enjoy building relationships with customers so that when they come back to the store they would prefer to be assisted by me and knowing what they love and making sure that I remember their names and every little detail that they tell me about themselves so that I can use it next time they visit the store,that way they realize that they are valued.The most challenging aspect of the job is to keep calm when you are faced with a difficult customer

Growth and development

I started as a casual i worked my way up to the top. I get along with the staff because i encounge and motivate them by giving recognition when the do well. I am passionate about my job. I am a great team leader. I have learnt a lot of things how to do reports, interacting with customers and doing presention. It is such a wonderful company to work for there is growth and feedback is valued.
