EXCELLENT LEARNING PROGRAMME

AT KE I WAS WORKING 06:00-18:00 THE RETIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS IT WAS VERY GOOD AND EXCITING,GOOD THING IS IM STILL CONNECTED WITH MY CO-WOKERS FIRSTLY I LEARNED HOW TO APPROACH CUSTOMER ,HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMER ALSO LEARNED TO BELIEVE IN MYSELF,HAVE CONFIDANCE EVERYTIME. I ENJOYED MEETING NEW PEOPLE EVERYDAY,TALKING TO CUSTOMER, PRESENTING THE PRODUCT THTA I WAS SELLING THE MOST CHALLENGING PART WAS THAT YOU EARN BY CUSTOMER ,IF YOU DONT SIGN A CUSTOMER YOU GET PAID,SO THIS WAS PUSHING US TO WORK HARDER EVERYDAY TO GET CUSTOMERS.

Pros: GREAT OPPOTUNITY OF PROMOTION AND IT WAS FAIRE

Good learning curve

Long working hours,good relationships with co-workers, learnt so much about the marketing system and working with clients, I enjoy working with customers the most. The most challenging aspects of the job is to find customers.
