Excellent working environment
Excellent working environment and good learning to associate with customers,and good relationship between the colleagues and the owner through communication both verbally and physical.i have learnt a lot in how to approach customers and a good way to communicate without offending them,and what i liked the most about it is the early exciting exercises the dancing and the singing before work.

Good growth opportunity
it is a good company with nice people and a good working environment,has a lot of people and a bit less organised with too much competition due to room for promotion which sometimes becomes unhealthy

Excellent learning curve
It's a good company that works with recruiting customers by opening Ackermans account and offer Capfin loan for them.You knock in at 06:00 as an individual and knock off at 19:00 daily..Working hours are long and you get paid according to how many customers you recruited weekly..

Very great learning criteria
All is well with the company. I really had fun working there I also learned alot . Never had a problem with any of my colleagues. The manager was great. Learned alot and had time to visit new stores time and again. Networking event on point and I loved working with everyone. Facing new challenges every day and I learned how to communicate better with everyone around me

Fast learner and always eager to do something new
It's very exciting to be in a growth related company but I've realised that I have a lot of responsibilities to deal with and what I was earning was not meeting my requirements

Excellent learning
Good working environment that let you to meet new faces everyday. You work as a team whereby you hv to work very hard. Self confident is a song that you must sing each n every minute you in your life. And you must learn to make mistakes to make life easy for you so that u can excel next time

Learning curve and growth within the company
Long working hours No off days Work Monday to Saterday Profit share You got to engage with customers direct and need to work on your attitude everyday. Sometime you get back without making any sales Weekly incentives Not able to budget and support structure to your responsibilities
