We are a nice family like group working at the Rustenburg branch. We all get along and we all know what is expected from us and we do our jobs correctly because we are proud of what we are doing.

Mining Industry

i have always been intrigued or keen to work in the engineering industry. I’ve work for aRskom and Rotek Engineering for about 4 years and it open my eyes to great possibilities. I’ve recently just joined the mining industry which is completely different. I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life, I appreciate diversity and company culture. I am very hands on and seek for best results so with from my team mates. I always take initiative, I have a take charge spirit but good leadership skills. My job entails SHE Management consulting, preparation of documents and compliance of documents from our clients.

Pros: Endless possibilities for business
Cons: Not enough women in the industry

Oppertunity for devellopment is good,working under pressure and a lot of changes

It is a typical work day Relationship with co-workers is fantastic,friendly and we help each other That i can do anything i set my mind too,and keep students attention When students understand what they have learned Most challenging is the retrenchment and make the managers believe a differance can be made

Great job opportunity and work experience.

I like to work for a company that looks after their staff, incentive driven and pay good salaries based on performances and commitments. That up skill their staff and bring out the best in them and to push their boundaries to the next level, ultimately grow them continuously!

Good development over years

Started as a facilitator and developed to be facilitator coach. Skills acquired over the years are: excellent communication and presentation skills, planning, organising and risk / safety management knowledge. I also learnt to work with different clients at different sectors.

Pros: Good development
Cons: Too much travel and long working hours. No time for social life

It’s a great company to work for as it allows one to be flexible while getting the work done

For the project that was involved in, the company showed how the takes good care of its employees. That makes one feel comfortable and get the job done very well

Friendly environment, education, informative.

I love my job, as it introduces me to many different kinds of people with individual character, the biggest satisfaction is convincing them to give me an opportunity to wow them. Everytime I secure a new client is an unexplainable feeling.

Pros: Searching before new opportunities, contributing to the growth of my company
Cons: It's not easy to sell something that people don't see, trying to convince someone is hard.
