I feel like not being like a valuable item in the company as I'm not getting paid according to the best I'm bringing in I am using my own car that is not even being paid I use my own petrol.i want to be a valuable item in the company when I work. I am only 8 moths in the company but so far I made actual turnover of 5.6000000.

I need to work for company that value me as an asset to them In two different ways 1.Good salary that will match with the hard working and the over reaching the agreed target. 2.Need company that takes its employees so serious to an extend that they train their staff.
