I am a good in communicating with customers and able to deal with them.

I am good when it comes to customer service, i am helping them with love and always have a smile in my face. I have a good typing skill as I have done computer which is (ICDL, International Computer and Driving Licence). It is very challenging to work with customers but as a worker I have no right to ague with a customer. Customers is always right. I do enjoy typing and most of the customers when they come the use like to get help from me. My relationship with my co-workers is very good because even during holiday as I am doing my last year, they always call me and want me to be back at work.

Pros: I am always wiling to be promoted because they use to say I am doing well in my work.
Cons: I am able to work long hours
