You learn everyday

My typical work day starts at 6h45 by making sure that every one is committed to his duties for the day starting from safety guy addressing workers with all safety issues to my foreman discussing works for the day. Relationship with co-workers is very good as respect must always be promoted and what I have learnt is to lead by example all the time. I enjoy when reaching targets as anticipated including challenges. Most challenging aspect of the job is to give hope where it is not promising, to be the light and give courage to your fellow workers but never lie because you will loose that trust.

Pros: I enjoy being trusted and given a huge responsibility of making sure the company make profit and is smooth running, as i mentioned prior that my position changes accordng to work demand meaning that Iam a flexible human being.
Cons: Working hours are defined by how quick we can work

Excellent Learning curve

My working experience has enabled me to: • Interact well with different cultures and personalities • Perform well under pressure and challenging situations • Work well as a team member and individually • I am a goal driven person, hard working and honest and would be an asset to your company
