Learning the CCMA and VIP Payroll

I do the head counts everyday, give it to the senior management. I do payroll everyday. sometimes is get Industrials relations problems that i have to solve, about 1 a week. i enjoy my work and my co-workers. i have learned allot at this company and still am learning everyday. I enjoy when there is an problem in my way and i can solve it and help that person.

Pros: Learn something new everyday
Cons: Not happy with environment

About my job

I am aperson who like Challenges and positive when it comes to a career and good connection to workes as a was a training instructor i did have contact with co workers in office or the orchard because i have done a course of diversity ,communication skill, conflict manager so thats why I am good at other department.

Pros: I was Pumpstation operator but because of peer educator then I have becom training instructor
Cons: 10 hours
