I am self-motivated and responsible person, I have always loved this field and felt driven by the freight distribution. I am self-motivated and can handle any challenge brought before me ,I worked extremely well under pressure, I have always been a go –getter, and have always taken pride in my work, I have excellent people skills ,and have acquired all the necessary tool needed to work in a time sensitive environment such as road freight transformation. I have at Cargo works as Operation supervisor, in- house manager, Fuel/Diesel administrator, Kargo National as Area Vehicle Manager /Fleet controller of 48 trailer and 40 standard collections+55 staff. I have excellent communication skills, problems solving skills, analytical skills, computer skills .I have enjoyed all the position I have been on them and I regard them as my career path and always motivated myself to improve my own skill and knowledge

Allows for ability to manage own branch, involving every aspect and admin function

Making sure that the long distance trucks gets offloaded quickly and effectively, without any damages on customer goods. All admin functions relating to the branch, from diesel bouser balancing to customer complaints relating to my branch

Pros: Exposure, experience, management and leadership skills implementation, full accountability for entire branch
Cons: Work-life balance - hours too excessive, no balance and no time for personal health & fitness, hobbies and relaxation

Good working condition

It nice to work with team ,I learnt how to treat other people. I enjoy to work together as team work good communication and quality skills I learnt how to take care of company clients

Great experience

I worked in the HR department alone for 4 years, I am happy that I spent another 3 years in payroll which gives me 7 years in HR/payroll department. I have gained lots of experience from recruitinh new employees to paying them .

Average

Bad procedures. The company does not take care or consider its staff members. They want but give nothing. The directors or owners of the company does not know their staff. Staff gossip amongst each other. No teamwork.

Pros: Great big company
Cons: 12 Hour shifts including Saturdays

Excellent learning & growth

Grew intellectual & emotionally. Learnt to work with easy as well as not so easy people. Got to know the true purpose of BBBEE. Knew my job well enough to be the general go to & confirm facts person.
