Pros: Im a team leader with safty first and no comeback on any task or job. Reliable and respect my team.

Excellent Learning Curve

It was a great company with compliance to OSO standards and procedures with my capabilities to promote continues improvement nd exellent communication skill tp lead and guide to make a satisfactory in costomer service and distrubution.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Good company if you don't have anything more to learn.

It's not a bad company to work for the only bad thing is that you don't get any perks like medical aid, 13th cheque, overtime (you must take time off) and the pension fund doesn't grow.

Good learning curve. Easy to get your ideas implemented

Checking the quality of packaging upon arrival of consignment. Drafting SOPs and Product specifications. Liasing with suppliers. Sending Non Conformance reports in case of a product defect. Helping the Technical Manager with any task he needs my expertise in.

Pros: Great employee-employer relation.
Cons: Very little opportunity for promotion.
