I learn more things to do

I have learned how to do more things what I never did before like Age Analysis. I learned how all these parking areas work. I am every day very busy but like to be busy instead just sitting there.

I am a fast learner and i am good at what i am doing

i enjoy working with people and the most challenge that i face everyday is that when customer accuse me of somethng i didnt do for example if she says that i was shouting at her that hurt the moat while you knew that customers is always right and also i have learnt that i must always have solutons to all my problems at work not to wait for my manager to solve that for me and as for my relationship with my co-workers is very very good and we also share ideas that we come acrooss and i enjoy working with other people as a team.

my name is ledwaba tryphina my work at karabo parking was challenging but i was enjoing was enjoying what i was dong as a customer care assistance and at our company we hard a good relationship we shared same ideas as a good team we never make decisions on our own and the most challenged that i face is when a customer accused ,me of somethng that i didnt do.

Time is always an issue.

System checks. Equipment checks. Staff deployment. Daily banking. Daily administration. Bi-weekly staff tr. I manage my own time however the very early mornings are draining. I would prefer something with more normal hours and growth potential. aining.

Pros: I manage my own time.
Cons: Early mornings 05H30 to 16H00

Learning

Showing interest in customer service and learning how to deal with customers in this line of work. learning at any opportunity given at work for admin and everything else that had to do with work.

Pros: enjoying learning about consumer behavior
Cons: long hours
